How the objects relate
Everything flows from an Outcome — a measurable business result. Each Outcome contains one or more Bets — time-boxed initiatives with a clear hypothesis. Bets break down into Work Items that move through the Flow Board (Backlog → Ready → In Progress → Review → Done).
In parallel, the Resourcing side maps people and skills to demand, so you always know whether you have the right capacity to deliver your bets.
Sections explained
Outcomes represent the strategic goals your organisation is pursuing — not features, but measurable business results (e.g. "Reduce churn by 15%", "Launch in new market by Q3").
